ISAWME FOR MEDITATION

ISAWME’ is a centre for learning meditation and yoga. As the very name denotes, it is where you can SEE YOUR OWN SELF. The idea of starting this centre originated from my own personal experience in ‘seeing myself’ through meditation and yoga. I have experienced immense benefits of meditation in improving my personal life. As a result my family and social life have had incredible gains.
